This home boasts LEVEL 3 drywall compound application, not the level 2 every spec home in the US receives. ( each additional layer simply adds a value to represent its width. ) Level 1 is the effect of the typical unpainted garage. Level 4 would be only the highest end home….and level 5 is full skim coat, AKA the old plaster & lath technique.
